Position Summary:
Great position for an organized "people" person, who is customer service orientated and a team player!

Duties:
Answer, assess, and direct all incoming phone calls by using multiple databases simultaneously to track and transfer at a fast pace. Greet visitors, respond to all admin support and maintenance needs.

Qualifications:
Associates Degree preferred; High School diploma required. Prior work with a computerized, multi-line Switchboard system strongly preferred. Bi-lingual Spanish speaking a plus.

Ability to develop a knowledge base of all ESMV functions/programs and community services for elders within the Merrimack Valley. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, computer (Microsoft Office), multi-tasking and customer service skills essential. Attendance in all weather conditions crucial.

Hours: 20 hours per week
Salary: $13.00 per hour
